Brick Intervals

This is a fun workout. The idea is to gain muscle memory from bike to run and to practice transitioning.
Start at a park and ask a friend to watch your gear (a round from Starbucks is a nice touch)

Bike 20 minutes out and back for a total of 40 minutes
Run 10 minutes out and back for a total of 20 minutes
Bike 15 minutes out and back for a total of 30 minutes
Run 5 minutes out and back for a total of 10 minutes
Bike 10 minutes out and back for a total of 20 minutes
Run 3 minutes out and back for a total of 6 minutes

I found that my mile run was progressively faster.
