Taper week...

feels different this time because I know I'm ready, having already run the distance, miles behind me, and hills covered. The question is, what will my body do?

My goals for tomorrow's race:
-enjoy the run
-beat last year's time
-sub 5
-finish strong

I expect to be somewhere between 4:34 and 5:00.

Post race, I plan to pay more attention to how I'm recovering as a prequel to running for Maniac status.
