I'm completing my internship at the Y for personal training certification. Last night, I trained my first session and today I received a text message saying she is sore today. Sweet!

Feeling super motivated and I should be finished interning by the end of September. Ideally, I would love to work at the Y and be ready for the January New Years Resolutionists.

I'm loving CrossFit. Here was my workout today:

double unders

jerks 2x2x2x2x2

40 box jumps

50 sit ups with weight

40 box jumps
