CrossFit Milestones

WOD
27 box jumps
9 power cleans
18 box jumps
6 power cleans
9 box jumps
3 power cleans
800 m run

There are days at CrossFit where I feel great and other days I feel completely out of shape.

Today was the latter.

So I'm holding onto the milestones from the past week:

- Jake said my squats are better. I have mobility issues-tight hamstrings and hip flexors.

- I have graduated to the 24 inch box for jumping

- I got my first rope burn

Every day a little stronger!
