Never Underestimate

I hate admitting this, but there are a few days here and there when I wake up and I feel sore and sapped.
Today is one of those times. Even my eyelids feel sore.
And since I am handing out the advice to people I am training- "Never underestimate rest days" I decided to Just Do It.
