Routine is the Enemy

WOD
Spin 30 minutes-Intervals
Run 4 miles-speed drills

I am trying some different workouts, different classes, different combinations...it's so easy to get stuck in the mindset that I have to do long endurance cardio to get a good work out in.

In my "off" season, I'm going for high intensity.
