Rowing is improving. Trying to have a good attitude about burpees. The trick is to keep going. The shorter intervals are mentally more difficult because while you rest you are anticipating the next set.
Jake asked me today if I'm ever sore after his workouts. I almost started laughing because the truth is...I haven't stopped being sore since the first day. I guess every trainer needs that validation.
