Jon Kabat-Zinn - "The Healing Power of Mindfulness"
A friend introduced me to a book called "Full Catastrophe Living: Using the Wisdom of Your Body and Mind to Face Stress, Pain, and Illness". The book has a lot to say about do-ing versus be-ing which seems to be a recurring theme in my life right now. There is, in the background of my mind, a sense that unless I am do-ing something, I am wasting time or I am not living to my full potential. This reading is challenging my approach to life, to family, to work and to the activities I am doing.
