The Top 10
I'm often asked by non-running folk...why do you run?
There are hundreds of great reasons why, most involving health benefits.
This is my top ten list.
Reasons to Run:
Running makes me feel better everday
Running is a positive addiction
Running is inspiring
Running feels like freedom and rebellion and independence
Running = great legs
Running is the fountain of youth
Running is like a best friend, always dependable
Running is honest
Running is sweaty and sweaty is sexy
Running is a parable about life
I think this sums it up:
"Bid me run and I will strive with things impossible"- Shakespeare
But most importantly:
Run for fun
